THE WHO AND THE DOUBLE UNION JACK FLAG
I was speaking to my brother the other day about this and that. He said did you know that a relative of my father named Arthur Kanofsky (Art Kane) passed to the next world. It's funny I was introduced to the Who's music and other music way back in the mid 1960's. My brother Alan was one of the original Who fans that attended Murray the K and the old Village Theatre(later to be called the Fillmore East). My brother was the coolest guy I knew growing up. It was a blessing that his number for the draft for the Vietnam War was never called up. I remember lots of boys coming home in pine boxes. It was a mind blower back than! And thanks to Bush and Blair we are doing the war thing all over again! That's another story! Getting back to Art Kane he was a famous N.Y. photographer. In fact, he was the photographer that had The Who pose with the Union Jack on them at Trafalgar Square. I think it was destiny that I am a WHO fan and married to one too!
